Q: How much do I have to pay when I order my ring?

A: Only $50.00 Down Payment is required on ANY RING ORDERD! You can pay more than that if you like.

Q: When is the deadline for ordering my ring?

A: You may order a class ring at any time during the year. The only deadline would be if you want to have your ring back by a certain time. You will need to allow approximately 8-10 weeks for production. Please note: production time is longer in the fall.

Q: When will a sales rep be at my school?

A: Select your school on this website and any upcoming events will be listed.

Q: What if I missed the sales rep at school?

A: You may send your order to us by mail or come by one of our offices to place your order. Visit the Contact Us Page for information.

Q: What payment options do I have after my ring has been ordered?

A: The only requirement is that your ring must be paid in full when you pick it up. You may choose to make payments, or you can pay in full at the time you pick it up at school. We will hold your ring, interest free for 6 months from the time your ring is produced to pay your balance in full.

Q: Can I make payments online?

A: Yes, you can make a credit card payment on an existing order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Please visit our Make a Payment page for instructions.

Q: Will I get a bill telling me when payments are due, and how much they are?

A: No, you can pay at your convenience. You can pay online with your credit card or pay by mail (see our contacts page). If paying by mail, please include the school name and the student name with your payment.

Q: When will my ring be ready?

A: You need to allow 8 - 10 weeks for production of your custom high school class ring, longer in the fall.

Q: What if I want to make a change on my ring order?

A: You can make a change within 72 hours after it is ordered. After that time, no changes can be made.

Q: How will I know when my ring comes in?

A: You will be notified by mail or phone of the date our sales representatives will be at your school to deliver your ring, as well as the balance you might owe at that time.

Q: How can I get my ring re-sized or repaired?

A: You can bring your ring by one of our offices, mail it to us or catch us the next time we are at your school.

Q: How can I get my ring replaced if it has been lost or stolen?

A: Please visit our Class Ring section of this website for instructions on how to get your ring replaced with our CSP (Customer Service Program).

Q: Why do I want a class ring?

A: Like your yearbook, school jacket, etc., a class ring represents the accomplishments, good times, and the friends you have made during high school. It is a long standing tradition that captures all the special memories of those special years.

Q: How much is a class ring?

A: Herff Jones has the widest range of prices to offer high school students. Virtually every student will be able to afford a Herff Jones Class Ring.

Q: Why should I buy a class ring from Herff Jones?

A: Because, as the official supplier of class rings to your school, we have worked closely with your students to design a custom class ring specifically for your school. You can not get the official class ring anywhere else.

Q: How much do I have to pay when I place my graduation announcement and cap & gown order?

A: We only require a $75.00 deposit on orders that total over $75.00. If your order is less than $75.00, we ask for payment in full when you place your order.

Q: Do I have to pay when I order my cap & gown?

A: Payment in full is required to order a cap & gown. Some schools collect payment through school registration. Any questions regarding your school you can contact our DeKalb office.

Q: Where do I order my graduation announcements and accessories?

A: You may place your order online on this website, order at school when our representatives are there, order at one of our offices or mail a completed order form into our DeKalb office.

Q: What if I want to make a change after placing the order?

A: You have three business days (72 hours) to make changes to your order. Please email or call our office with changes. We cannot guarantee any changes past the 72 hour deadline.

Q: When is the deadline for ordering?

A: Every school has a deadline for placing your order. If you pass that deadline, late fees will be added to your order. Please reference the materials in the packet that was sent/handed out to you or log into your school for deadlines.

Q: When will a sales representative be at my school?

A: You can log into your school on this website to see if there are any upcoming dates our representatives will be at your school. Also have your son/daughter listen to school announcements and look for Herff Jones posters hung around your school with order date information.

Q: What types of payments are accepted?

A: We accept Cash, Money Order, Check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

Q: How do I make payments or pay the balance on my order?

A: You can make a payment on an existing order on this website on the Make a Payment page, mail in a check or money order, or pay in full when the order is delivered. Credit card payments must be made atleast 48 hours in advance of delivery.

Q: How will I know when my order is ready?

A: You will be notified by postcard or letter when your order is in and ready for delivery at the school.

Q: I have two seniors, can I have both names on one namecard?

A: Yes, we are able to print two, even three names on one namecard.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders will be delivered at school at least 4 - 6 weeks prior to graduation.

Q: Do I have to order graduation announcements in quantities of 30, 50 or 75?

A: No, you can order any amount of announcements, just write in the amount in the quantity box on the order form.
